Everything BIOSPHERE knows is stored on your device and nowhere else. There is no account to recover and no server holding a copy. Deleting the app deletes your setup and your journal with it, so if you are moving to a new phone, restore from a device backup rather than reinstalling fresh.
Sound begins on your first tap of a session, never at launch. If the world stays quiet, check the sound control in the top corner of any screen, then your device's volume and Silent Mode. BIOSPHERE is designed to keep playing with the ringer silenced.
The notification is scheduled the moment a timer starts and is cancelled if you stop the timer, watch it finish, or leave that biosphere. If none arrive at all, check that notifications are allowed for BIOSPHERE in your device settings — the app asks once, the first time you start a timer, and declining costs nothing else.
